In education, it’s creating personalized learning experiences, something I explore in my book and through my EdTech initiatives. In recruitment and HR, AI is helping businesses identify talent beyond traditional CV screening, reducing bias, and improving employee experience. AI is also transforming mental health and well-being, which is a key focus of OneJoy, by offering personalized emotional support and self-improvement tools. The biggest winners are the industries that embrace AI as an enabler for human growth, not just automation and keep the human touch.
